- Strange thing. I raised my car on a jack to change the tires. After
- removing the jack, the interior door lights (courtesy lights) refuse to go
- off.
-
- There are plunger type switches near the bottom portion of the car body where
- a closed door keeps the switches plunged and lights off.
-
- Now even if the doors are closed the lights refuse to go off. Pressing the
- plunger switches by hand seems to dim the lights (just barely) but they
- still stay on.
-
- Could raising teh car to change the wheels have caused this problem ?
-
- It is a Nissan Stanza 82, hatchback.
-
- Please e-mail suggestions etc.
