- Headers are exhaust pipes - often pipes quite literally, as most stock
- exhausts are iron castings - which are "tuned" by (a) increasing the diameter
- and (b) varying the length of the pipes. The former allows a freer flow of
- exhaust; the latter "times" the pulse from the exhaust strokes of the cylinders
- so that they don't conflict with one another. The goal is to reduce back
- pressure on the cylinder.

- The "turbo" is short-hand for "TurboHydramatic" the GM brand-name for
- their automatic transmissions.

- The 'clutch fan' is a 'fan clutch'. The fan clutch is a gizmo that allows
- your engine fan to free-wheel at certain engine RPM's. That way there's less
- air-resistance from the fan at times that the fan speed doesn't have a marked
- improvement on engine cooling, resulting in less drag and more net horsepower
- delivered to the crankshaft...
