- yeah, the AVS-I is like that; it is a very sticky dry pavement oriented
- tire. it should be considered an example of what yokohama produces for
- ultimate dry pavement stick in a street tire (as opposed to the A008RS,
- which is an example of what they produce for ultimate stick on dry pavement
- in a short lived street legal race tire.) it should _NOT_ be considered
- an example of what they consider a rain tire.

- my Yokohama A509s are actually a stunning rain tire; i'm quite happy with
- them. they are in the same ball park as the Nokia HTs i used to run,
- but a better dry pavement tire for performance applications than the
- Nokias. i consider them a 3-season tire, and use true snows in the winter.
