- I asked for Escort DSP and Valentine One sensitivity specs.
- Someone e-mailed me the Escort DSP spec:
-
- -121 dBm/cm^2 X
- -114 dBm/cm^2 K
-
- which is amazing to me. The claimed typical sensitivity for
- the current Escort Passports was -113 and -107 respectively
-
- I called Valentine and they said they don't quote specs, but
- they're sending me info and a BMW Roundel review comparing the
- Valentine, "DSP" (presumably Escort DSP) and a BEL. This review
- should have independent sensitivity measurements, which I'll post.
-
- Valentine said they're backordered until November. The person
- answering the phone also said that it uses both analog and digital
- signal processing and a Motorola chip (she didn't know which one).
-
- Anyone else got sensitivity specs? BEL? Please post...
