- This mix is too rich in isobutane and provide too low a head pressure
- which will tend to flood the evaporator. The mix that exactly duplicates
- the pressure-temperature curve of R-12 is 78% propane, 22% isobutane.

- Other mixes can be used if the gas bulb on the expansion valve is charged
- with the new mix and the POA valve (if so equipped) is recalibrated.

- This mix cools a bit better than R-12 which can result in higher high
- side head pressures in marginal systems. changing the ratios should
