  14. Several of us here in Folsom are considering trying to transfer up to Intel
  15. in the Portland area and would like to know more about the area, such as
  16. climate, recreation, cost of living, the music scene, etc.
  17. Both of us have driven through Portland but that's about all. Our knowledge
  18. is limited to the hearsay rumors we get of Portland folks having webbed feet
  19. and such.
  20. We'd appreciate detailed info on rental or purchase price for average homes
  21. in the Aloha area, what the crime rate is there, how many days per year of
  22. sunshine/rain/clouds, etc, also whether there's a decent symphony there and
  23. what the live music club scene is like. As an active musician my decision on
  24. whether to move there is very dependent on this last question.
