  22. Probably about 10-30 medium to heavy users.  Probably 2 GNUSers, a few
  23. nnites, 5 or so rn'ers, and a bunch (uncountable) of Mac readers
  24. (Newswatcher & Nuntius, mostly).

  26. Readers are the real load on most systems.

  28. (This is also why MIT has snorkelwacker to pump news, and bloom-beacon &
  29. bloom-picayune to support the readers... I bet there aren't too many
  30. users reading news off zaphod.mps.ohio-state.edu, either.)
