  11. Does anyone know why NNTP would drop a connection when the IHAVE command is
  12. used?  I'm running nntp 1.5.11 under Ultrix 3.1.  The machine does have xfer
  13. permissions, and I usually am able to send IHAVE's, but occassionally it
  14. will simply drop the connection at that point.  The load on the machine isn't
  15. very high (usually around or below 1).
