- The "A" branch went to Watertown Square. It diverged from the "B" line
- at the corner of Commonwealth Avenue and Brighton Avenue. From there,
- it went down Brighton Avenue to Union Square in Allston; Cambridge
- Street to Brighton Center; Washington Street to Newton Corner; and
- Galen Street to Watertown.
-
- Service on this branch ended in 1969. I really don't know why.
- The tracks are still there. Maybe someone else knows more?
