  14. I have a friend who is returning to college next year to get a 
  15. Masters degree in English.  She had hoped to take her elective
  16. courses in creative writing, but she doesn't have the undergraduate
  17. background, and the various Powers That Be were sufficiently 
  18. unimpressed with her writing samples that they decided not to let
  19. her take those classes.

  21. Well, if at first you don't succeed, try, try again -- or, in other
  22. words ... it's hard to keep a good Axinar down <<Grin>>.

  24. Have any of you taken any graduate level creative writing classes?
  25. What were they like?  What did you learn?  Are there other places
  26. where the information that can be obtained from such classes can
  27. be found?
