- I'm sorry, I missed that ruling. Can you cite the actual case which was
- argued which resulted in this ruling? I find it hard to believe that
- anyone, including the SC, can prevent any student from saying a silent
- prayer before a test or before lunch.

- Sorry, while Rush IS mainly entertainment (and rather poor entertainment,
- IMHO), Paul Harvey is most certainly NEWS. He does frequently add some
- commentary, after all, his program is called "Paul Harvey News and Commentary".
- But his morning and noon hour broadcasts ARE news. And while "The Rest of
- the Story" IS entertaining, it IS based on REAL, usually NEWSWORTHY events
- and persons.
