  22.  But Bob...  why would the placard have to be from the same state as the
  23.  tags?  What about if you flew someplace and had room for your placard
  24.  but not your vehicle?  That was the reason I chose the permanent
  25.  placard over the permanent tag.  Sometimes when we go over to see my
  26.  husband we take my m-i-l's car and her tags are out-of-state.  Last
  27.  week I took my aunt and nephew over to see him and her tags are
  28.  Florida.
