- BD>well, I live in Ohio and when I visited Chicago I used my parking card and
- BD>didn't have any problems. this could mean the chicago police do not patrol
- BD>around parking lots or do not care who parks in disabled spots, or that
- BD>you can use your card out of state. :)
- BD>i'm not "in the know," but I do not see why you couldn't use your card while
- BD>out of state (just as long as the card is from the same state your plates
- BD>are).
- But Bob... why would the placard have to be from the same state as the
- tags? What about if you flew someplace and had room for your placard
- but not your vehicle? That was the reason I chose the permanent
- placard over the permanent tag. Sometimes when we go over to see my
- husband we take my m-i-l's car and her tags are out-of-state. Last
- week I took my aunt and nephew over to see him and her tags are
- Florida.
