- Two years ago, I bought the top of the line
- dishwasher from Sears. This is the digital keypad
- model, and was around $500. I got the call
- for extended warranty, and refused. One month
- after the warranty period, the dishwasher would
- not run because it thought the door was open.
- A Sears repairman came over, and told me it was
- the circuit board, and replacement would be
- near $300. We threw out the almost new Sears,
- and went and bought a Maytag. No problems from
- then on....
