- I don't know about construction specs, but I'm sure the
- use of pitch is going to require a detail environmental impact
- statement, and the EPA is likely to shut you down ("You want to
- put WHAT in the water?"). Then again, you can probably negotiate
- a tiny little fine like Exxon did (interpolating from Exxon's
- multi-million gallon spill to your probably use of pitch to cover
- a 450 foot arc in a 3/16" layer, your find would probably amount
- to about $70.00!)
