- No, it is not insurance fraud. However, it does sound like a lack
- of care for the welfare of the patient.

- Tell them to get the paperwork in to the insurance company, before
- your appointment. If they rag you for more money, tell them you
- will be happy to pay, after they submit the insurance forms.
