  23. (Georgia??) and that as a one-time passenger of the defendents (USAir, TWA, United,
  24. Continental...) who were being accused, I would have the option of particcipating in a 
  25. settlement dwal.  The judge would make no comment on the utrility of
  26. the suit or the claim.  I, of course, can't find my old airline receipts.  No dough
  27. for me.  I don't have the letter with me, but I'll post more info if anyone wantd it.
