- near Prome; they are an attempt to revive old Burmese oil fields.
- "An Apache International Inc. unit said it signed a production-sharing
- contract with Myanma Oil & Gas Enterprise, the national oil company of
- Myanmar. The Apache unit will be the operator and hold a 50% interest in
- two blocks comprising about one million acres."
