  15. there is definitely a new Win 3.1 function to retrieve icons out of an 
  16. arbitrary EXE file. i can't remember what it is and a quick perusal of the 
  17. Tech Reference manuals doesn't remind me of what it is called. it lets you 
  18. select icons by their order of occurence and to return a count of how many 
  19. are in the EXE file, i think.
