  14. Hi folx.  I hope this hasn't come up before (I've only been able to
  15. search 250 messages back).

  17. My problem is this: whenever I startup the debugger (tdw.exe) for
  18. windows, I get a message "windebug.dll missing."  I *copied* that file
  19. to every directory on my hard drive, and still it fails to find it.
  20. the permissions are set correctly, there are copies in the system, win
  21. and tcw directories (to name a few).
