- I don't understand what the problm you are having is. I use the win printer
- driver with my DJ500 with no problems whatsoever, using cartrige, soft, and
- truetype fonts.

- are you setting any switches or modes on your printer first? that is a BIG
- NO NO! Make sure that you:

- 1) Have all the dip switches properly set (mine are all at default)
- 2) Handle ALL your print options throught software (do not set print
- modes, or fonts or envelope feed on the printer)
- 3) Make sure that you have the correct printer driver (dont use a
- driver for a deskjet plus when you only have a plain deskjet)
