- I've experienced the exact same problem while installing a system
- with the exact same equipment. First access to the drive works, but
- subsequent accesses hang. SCO is aware of the problem, and has a
- bug fix available on sosco. The problem is that ...

- ... all you need to do is download the fixed hpdriver from sosco (or get it
- wherever you can, sosco was quickest while onsite) and relink it into the

- Seriously tho, had you called SCO they'd have (or, *should* have) picked
- right up on this; least they did for me (which was a, well, pleasant
- surprise :-) )
