  12. Basically, the VXT 2000 comes with 18 fonts loaded in ROM.  It is possible
  13. to load additional fonts with tftp through the vxt manager (note, this
  14. is a host based system).  When checking the font path with xset, the 
  15. following is returned:

  18.   LOCAL,vxt/fonts/vxt-x11r5/75dpi/fonts.dir

  20. The question: is there anyway to make the non-LOCAL fonts first in the 
  21. search path.

  23. The reason for the question is that our operators run DECmsu which prefers 75dpi
  24. fonts otherwise you get overlapping windows, words, etc.  I have reason to
  25. believe that DECmsu wildcards the fonts it chooses.  When it does this,
  26. it just happens to hit the font in LOCAL first which is 100dpi.
