It's unfortunate that you were unable to get an experienced FUSE support person when calling our Netherlands support organization. Unfortunately since we only recently have shipped software products like FUSE on the Sun platforms, our support organizations are still gearing up to provide this support.
We appreciate getting your feedback on installation and lack of hardcopy C++ documentation. Most of the documentation for V1.1 on C++ useage within the FUSE components is included in the on-line help. We have gotten other feedback from users requesting additional documentation and training aids which we plan to address in our upcoming release. We also would like to hear of any additional feedback on useability since our upcoming release is addressing improvements in this area.
We would be glad to provide assistance on useage of the product since we use it in-house in our development. We also have an engineering site in Italy that uses it regularly.
