  21.   yes, I've seen that. I once tried to tell a company what was wrong
  22. with a drive and how to fix it. Instead of taking the info they
  23. threatened to sue me because I had disassembled their code. I have also
  24. complained that things didn't work and had companies list the bugs as
  25. design decisions rather than fix them. What does it say about a company
  26. who would include a note like "Does not work on filenames which contain
  27. blanks."
