  11. We had similar problems with a EIZO/Nanao T560i. We eventually persuaded them
  12. to swap it for another unit. It's the only fix possible. Even then, they told
  13. us that the dodgy unit was well withing their specifications.

  15. You can always try Sony, who make the Trinitron tubes, as an alternative.
