- Hello,
-
- I am having some problems with TERMINFO stuff on my ISC 2.2.1 system.
- I am running a bbs (waffle) off of the front end. So I have an account set
- up called bbs, with its shell set to /usr2/waffle/waffle. This all works
- just fine, and people can log in and out etc. But the problem comes when
- I try to "SHELL" out a command, such as talk. It is always coming back
- with the message - I don't know anything about your term type 'UNKNOWN" or
- what ever...it is the typical unix response. The reason why I think its
- the unix side of things is if I log in as a unix user, and then telnet
- to the bbs, things work fine, including talk etc. I've tried adding
- a terminfo def in my getty line
-
- /etc/uugetty ttyF00 D8_3400 vt100
-
- etc...but that doesn't have any affect either...
-
- has anyone got any suggestions
