- The effect is called moire' and is caused by the alternate addition and
- subtraction of lines or rows of dots that intersect at wrong angles.
- This is bad with CRTs. It is TERRIBLE with halftones in the printing biz.
- The root of the problem is the image on your screen is slightly rotated.
- Find the rotation control if you have one and tweak it. If not, get
- warranty service.
