  13. A team at NASA Lewis is working in "right-sizing" our centrally supported 
  14. midrange computer services.  The currently supported operating systems include
  15. VM, MVS, VMS as well as UNIX.  We plan on moving towards the "open systems"
  16. environment focusing on service to the scientific user, portability of 
  17. applications and users, and cost effectiveness.  The team is interested and
  18. in sharing information with sites that are addressing this same issue,  
  19. especially in the strategies being used for this migration.  If you can
