  33. Tell us the name of the file; you can download files from the incoming
  34. directory by cd'ing there if you know their exact name (and thus do not
  35. need to read the directory entries, which you will be unable to do!).  For
  36. instance, you can download the unofficial FAQ by downloading the file
  37. '386bsd.FAQ'.  Not that you must cd to the incoming directory before you
  38. can do this.
