- First, when I boot my system, I get the message
- "<whatever the current date is> lpd[50]:/dev/lp: No such file or directory"
- when things are initializing. This just started happening recently, and I'm
- wondering what I did to start it, and how I can stop it.
-
- Now for the second question:
- When I try to use tip, I get the following:
- % tip com1
- lock open: No such file or directory
- all ports busy
-
- Can anyone help to rectify these situations?
