  12. I have a working configuration file for GNU emacs 18.58.  At the moment it
  13. requires the kernel to be compiled with the COMPAT_43 option to get hold
  14. of the load average.  I don't know if I'm duplicating someone elses work so
  15. I'm checking whether anybody wants it before I post it.
