  12. Stupid question, maybe, but I am clueless...

  14. How do I rebuild the kernel with 386bsd?  I know how to use the config
  15. program, but the needed configure files seem to be missing from the
  16. binary distribution.  Where should I 'cd' to and what file do I use
  17. for the FILE_SYSTEM in 'config FILE_SYSTEM'?
  18.  
  19. Do I need to get the etc01.* distribution for these files?

  21. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.  If possible, please
  22. reply email as I am desparate for a reply and this machine unbatches
  23. news about every other day.
