- I was excited by all the successes and failures news on installing 386bsd
- posted here. So, I decided to give it a try. Having
- fidlling around for a couple of days, I started booting the tiny 386bsd.
- After the 386bsd partition is created, it starts to formating the
- partition and displays an array of numbers. Then the following message
- showed up and the booting process stopped:
- Mounting 386BSD file system.
- Installing files from installation floppy.
- cpio: No such file or directory.
- Could not install files. Installation failed.
- Is there anyone have this problem with installation? Did I do anything
- wrong? I am new to 386BSD. Please, someone help me. I am anxious to get
- it running.
