  20. What a sec. Perhaps I am being rather dense. But aside from size and
  21. age (two factors which are rather irrevelent) What's the difference
  22. between BSDI and AT&T. They are both trying to __sell__ a rather
  23. expensive operating system. And since _when_ does selling a system
  24. have to do with intellectual freedom. Suppose that BSDI were to
  25. continue with their operating system and suppose that in ten years
  26. somebody else tried to say that they were BSDI UNIX. Don't you think
  27. that BSDI would get a little upset?

  29.    This is not a rhetorical question (if there is something one can do to
  30.    help, I'd like to know), although it really looks like there is
  31.    nothing one can do. Short of tossing Molotov-cocktails into the
  32.    nearest AT&T facility (which again is not suggested and a crime, for
  33.    good reason).

  35. Er, we aren't talking about anything _really_ important here. There
  36. are much more important things to get upset about.
