- Yes, USL is challenging BSDI's claim. (BSDI's claim, of course, is just
- a reiteration of the claim UC Berkeley made in making the Net 2 code

- But what I meant is that USL has not (as far as I know) made any attempt to
- stop the distribution of Net 2. Right now, this very instant, you can
- reach out and touch any of several ftp sites to get a copy of Net 2. It's
- pretty weird--that they're not complaining about the source of the unre-
- stricted distribution (CSRG) but they complain about someone else (BSDI)
- redistributing it. I don't claim I understand it; all I'm saying is that
- it *appears* they don't want to restrict Net 2 _per_se_.
