  23. Yes, USL is challenging BSDI's claim.  (BSDI's claim, of course, is just
  24. a reiteration of the claim UC Berkeley made in making the Net 2 code
  25. available.)

  27. But what I meant is that USL has not (as far as I know) made any attempt to
  28. stop the distribution of Net 2.  Right now, this very instant, you can
  29. reach out and touch any of several ftp sites to get a copy of Net 2.  It's
  30. pretty weird--that they're not complaining about the source of the unre-
  31. stricted distribution (CSRG) but they complain about someone else (BSDI)
  32. redistributing it.  I don't claim I understand it; all I'm saying is that
  33. it *appears* they don't want to restrict Net 2 _per_se_.
