  14. I am trying to use a USRobotics Courier HST dual Standard modem as a dial
  15. in modem for AUX.  Has anyone done this? What do you use in your inittab file
  16. and settings for the modem?

  18. I have set it up with following inittab settings:

  20. 00:2:respawn:/etc/getty -C CONNECT tty0 at_9600 # Port 0 (modem); set to "respaw
  21. n"

  23. and tried

  25. 00:2:respawn:/etc/getty -C CONNECT tty0 mo_2400 # Port 0 (modem); set to "respaw

  28. The last one seems to work.  The first one does not.

  30. Also, at times the modem will just stop working and rebooting aux fixes it.  By not work I mean I can connect to the modem, but AUX will never give me the 
  31. login prompt.
