  11. I have recently downloaded X11R5 from wuarchive.wustl.edu.
  12. And, tried to installed it on my machine.  I have Mac II w/
  13. 8 MB RAM, 330 Maxtor, 45 MB Syquest Removable drive, 40 MB
  14. Internal Seagate HD, and PMMU.
  15.  
  16. The error message I have gotten from runing tar of A/UX 3.0
  17. was "Directory Checksum Error".  (I issued tar -xfw filename.tar.
  18. I also tried the commando on tar, but no success and the same
  19. error message...)
  20.  
  21. I know that X11R5 can be installed on A/UX 2.0, but has
  22. anyone installed it on a A/UX 3.0 installed machine?

  24. I wonder if I have gotten a bad copy of it....
