- I got some 3M 6250s right after I got my 3070. The warnings were enough to
- make me call 3M where the rep said that they had proven in further testing that
- the tapes didn't harm the drive. The tape is thinner, so that could be a
- problem, but I haven't had any. He also said that the only problems they had
- run into were with certain tape drives where they switched between 6150s and
- 6250s all the time. Since I plan on using 6250s most of the time, he told me
- there was nothing to worry about.
