- I am currently investigating alleged performance problems with our
- 150Mb 1/4 " cartridge tar backup routine on our RS6000.
- While reading the man pages for tar, I happened upon this totally
- confusing paragraph. Can someone please explain to me what on earth it
- is trying to say.
