  10. What causes a "panic: switch" crash?

  12. System is an ELC running 4.1.2. I think it may have something to do with
  13. a new SCSI device attached to my system, but without more info I have
  14. no idea how to proceed. It seems to be happening every other day or so,
  15. but very irregularly.
