- I have several IRISes. I have more than several researchers who need
- to use these machines for molecular modeling. I have many academic-
- domain LARGE programs for molecular modeling. I cannot even begin to
- convert these from GL-code to X-code. If I could run these programs
- UNCHANGED on X-terminals (yes, I know it would be slow), every one of
- our researchers could have his own X-terminal to work on, rather than
- waiting in line for an IRIS.
