- I received a few replies, one of which pointed me to ftp'ing
- a program from NeXT.com. The program is called "reasb" (for
- "reassign block") and is anonymous ftp-able from next.com in
- the directory /pub/Misc/Utilities/reasb. I compiled and ran
- the program and it seems to do the trick--that is, I no longer
- am getting the scsi/"bread" error messages.
