  12. I have a Bernoulli 90MB Transportable drive.  It works just fine with
  13. one of my nextstations.  It doesn't work at all with a second nextstation.
  14. On the second 'station, it terminates a SCSI bus with one other device
  15. (a 660 Meg external drive which I boot off of).  When I boot, I get the 
  16. following SCSI error:

  18. s0 (2,0): ERROR op:0x0 sd_state:7 scsi status:0x0

  20. After booting, when I insert a cartridge, Workspace doesn't mount
  21. the cartridge.

  23. As I said before, the drive works fine with the first station.
  24. The only difference I can see between the two 'station is that the 
  25. ROM monitor versions differ (I brought this up in an earlier post):  
  26. the second station uses NeXT ROM monitor 2.1v59 while the first 
  27. station uses NeXT ROM Monitor 2.4v65.  This leads me to guess
  28. that perhaps there was an incompatibility problem with an older
  29. ROM versions?  Software-wise, the two stations are identical.
