  10. Awhile back I read an article that described a research project that asked,
  11. "What's the most efficient way to do regular typing using only a mouse?"
  12. The answer used a scheme where that most recent few characters are used to
  13. predict the next few.  The predictions are presented in a window, and the
  14. user clicks on the one (or a part of one) that is correct.  That way,
  15. the user can get as many as ten or fifteen characters typed per mouse click.

  19. Has anyone seen or heard of such a system for the NeXT, either product, demo,
  20. or prototype?  I believe there is a commercial version for Mac.  Anyone
  21. know its name?
