  12. Well I'm assuming that since their 800 number is disconnected and that  
  13. they don't pick up their phone tha Neuron is pretty much out of business.  
  14. Anyone have any news to the contrary?

  16. In May, Art Isbell and Kelly Thompson made a few posts about acquiring  
  17. ZyXel ROM updates for use in the Neuron 1414's. At that time, the current  
  18. ROM version was 4.09e which fixed a number of problems but had a few  
  19. others, and a recommendation was made to wait for 4.10.

  21. Does anyone know what the status is of the ZyXel ROMs?

  23. The specific problem we encounter on our 1414's is that while transmitting  
  24. to some fax machines, the connection will be broken (after a significant  
  25. delay) during the confirmation phase between the cover page and the body  
  26. of the fax. Has anyone else run into this? It's quite repeatable with the  
  27. receiving fax machines that induce the problem. Is this a problem in the  
  28. ROMs or in the Neuron driver? (I'm praying it's in the ROMs...).
