  44. To get Arabic Script installed all you need is:
  45.  
  46. 1) Arabic Extension (Al-Nizam-al-Arabi)
  47. 2) Arabic Script System
  48. 3) Arabic Keyboard
  49. 4) Arabic System Font (Al-Qahira ID-17920)
  50.  
  51. all other Control Panels and Extensions are optional.

  53. One more thing I find out was that on my CD ROM the Arabic Extension was on two
  54. different installation disks (Diskcopy files). One of them was bad and caused
  55. the mac to beep on startup.  Replacing it with the good one fixed the problem.
