- Except for a low battery case, your PowerBook will not auto-sleep if any of
- the following is true:

- - you're plugged in and you selected "don't sleep when plugged in"
- - AppleTalk is active (check the chooser)
- - the modem and/or printer port is currently in use
- - you're doing stuff (mouse clicks, typing, etc.)

- Also, applications and other types of software may prevent the PowerBook from
- sleeping if they determine that that's a bad thing to do from their point of
- view...
