- The book "Programming with AppleTalk" from Addison-Wesley (and
- written by me) has a complete RDEV/INIT example. This is a
- Chooser interface (the RDEV part) as well as an INIT that
- installs some code into the system heap (to listen to an
- AppleTalk socket).
