  25. The book "Programming with AppleTalk" from Addison-Wesley (and
  26. written by me) has a complete RDEV/INIT example.  This is a
  27. Chooser interface (the RDEV part) as well as an INIT that
  28. installs some code into the system heap (to listen to an
  29. AppleTalk socket).
