- With all of this frenzied talk about PowerBook 100 4/40 with disk drive
- for $900, my interest is piqued. The price point makes it very tempting.
-
- I have one question:
-
- Has anyone tried to use a drawing application
- (like MacDraw) on a PB-100?
-
- I don't think I have any illusions about how well these programs will
- run on the PB-100....very slowly. My principle set of interests focus around
- idea processing, in which I rely upon word processing and drawing applications.
- I was just hoping someone out there could tell me "Yeah, it's slow for
- complicated things, but ok for simple drawings." (Which I tend to expect)
- Or, maybe I'll hear, "Oh, geez, forget it, man. Bag that idea right now.
- No way. Uh-uh. Nada. Nope. I'm outta here."
