  12.   Regarding the Microphone Input and Speaker Out ports on the back of
  13. a Classic II and/or an LC II ...

  15.   Can anyone out there provide sufficient technical info so that one 
  16. might hook up an input from a generic audio source (stereo, CD player, etc)
  17. and/or hook up the sound output to an amplifier / stereo / recording device.

  19.   All of the "Authorized Apple Reseller Technical Support" (read: brainless
  20. slime) in my area (Washington, D.C.) have been of no help.
